Bonfire is a "cidre de feu" (fire cider) as they call it in Quebec. It is a dessert cider, much like a port or ice wine. We made it in collaboration with Pefferlaw Creek Farms just up the road from us. We brought fresh-pressed juice from organic apples to their sugar shack where they passed it through their maple syrup evaporator. We fermented the resulting elixir, which was chock full of caramelized sugars and appley goodness, aged it for two years, and back-sweetened it with Pefferlaw Creek's organic maple syrup.

Shipping Information

Shipments go out once a week. Order before Sunday at 11 am, and it will arrive at your door the following Tuesday. We can only ship to addresses in Ontario. You must be present to show ID when accepting your delivery.
