The Barn Nook seats up to 45 people.

You can reserve the Barn Nook from 11:30 pm to 3 pm, or 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. These windows include your setup and breakdown time. Please stick to these times to allow our staff and other customers time to prepare and clean up the space. It is only available for rent on Saturdays.

The fee is $250 per event. We must receive this payment within one week of booking the event to secure your reservation. Payment can be made by e-transferring $282.50 (fee + HST) to info@banjocider.com. If you need to cancel we will refund half of the fee. We offer discounts for non-profits, please email us for rates (info@banjocider.com).

Yes, they are very welcome, and dogs are too! However, as we are a cidery, kids birthday parties are not allowed.  

We are open on our patio and in the tasting room during the event, and there will be music playing on the patio. Therefore we don’t allow live music during party rentals.

You can bring your own food. We do not have an on-site caterer. If you plan to order food from our on-site patio food service, please let us know in advance. If you would like to have a caterer for your party, please contact us in advance so we can determine whether this will be feasible.

We are not licensed to serve anything but our own beverages, and we offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. No outside beverages please.

Yes, decorations are allowed. Please be sure you leave yourself enough time within the rented window to put up any decorations and remove them before you leave.

Saturday Barn Nook reservations are for low-fuss events up to 45 people. If you have a small wedding celebration that meets that criteria and you've read all of the info on this page, you are welcome to book the Barn Nook for your casual wedding celebration (no ceremonies). We will be booking weddings soon.
